At Dreame, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home technology. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the product in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and promotional gifts that were included with your purchase.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the device to ensure it meets our return criteria, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
